We have many prestigious customers where we deliver single service excellence (cleaning, catering, security, property services) as well as fully integrated multi-service contracts (IFS).  

We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Director who is an experienced operational management professional working in a high value facility service environment to have overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and safety performance of a major Key Account Customer which is a leading aerospace company, and one of the biggest suppliers of defence and security equipment to the UK MoD.

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of 6 Site Managers across a direct a workforce in excess of 180 employees and effective management and development of customer relationships as well as identifying sales opportunities within existing clients.

To be successful, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience of change management and leading innovation; a sound knowledge of budgetary and financial management with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

Above all, you be a resilient leader with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
