Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the Maintenance Manager (Contracted Out Services) will be responsible for leading and managing the outsourced services section to ensure the successful delivery of all statutory, planned and reactive works through our external framework of contractors. Supported by a management team of 4 officers/supervisors, you will provide effective contract management of all 3rd party suppliers. This is a wide-ranging role which covers the full scope of all aspects of mechanical and electrical in addition to fabric maintenance.

The successful candidate will be ideally qualified in an M&E related discipline (although the role could also suit professionals from a wider FM background) with extensive experience in the management of outsourced teams. You will be adept in the commercial management of contracts with a track record in forging successful partnerships with external contractors. This role will suit professionals with experience across diverse, complex estates who are adept in delivering ‘best in class’ services in similar high public footfall environments.
