Description

The role of the Facilities Manager will be to support the Account Manager in ensuring that the account is ran in both a professional and safe manner. This will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring CAFM systems are in place and effectively used to manage all planned and reactive maintenance works
• Ensuring that contractual KPIs and SLAs are being met as a minimum and ideally exceeded
• Managing suppliers to ensure the best service and value for money is being received
• Ensuring all compliance and health & safety regulations are adhered to across the account at all times
• Identifying and managing any risks that have been recorded
• Maintaining regular contact with your client to ensure that they are happy with the service they are receiving

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working as a Facilities Manager within a service provider role. It would be advantageous to have worked on an education site.

The role is based in Derby but will require some travel to our clients head office.
