Place Partnership Ltd is a young, dynamic and growing property services Company, based in Worcester. Established as the first multi-agency joint property vehicle of its kind in the UK to deliver a wide range of diverse property services including strategic asset management, property management, facilities management, project management and energy management to our public sector partners, across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and Warwickshire.
THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to lead on the delivery of Facilities Management services across a client property portfolio. Working to the Associate Director – Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the facilities Management service delivery ensuring that the service complies with current legislation, with a specific focus on ensuing statutory compliance. You will be instrumental in driving efficiencies and continually improving service delivery. Key accountabilities include:
- Managing and monitoring the spend on premises within your portfolio, ensuring that appropriate action is undertaken to control spend
- Monitoring performance ensuring that SLA's and KPI's are met
- Working in partnership with the client to deliver maximum value
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement through contract delivery and identifying areas for savings
- Managing health & safety and statutory compliance requirements across the client portfolio
- Driving performance standards across all FM services
ABOUT YOU
You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in a Facilities Management / Property related discipline and will have a proven track in contract management and delivery. You will be a member of the IWFM, preferably at Member IWFM level. You will have substantial knowledge of FM services and practical application of health and safety and statutory compliance specifically in the areas of asbestos, fire safety, legionella, gas and electrical installation and mechanical plant systems Above all you will be passionate about delivering high quality Facilities Management services and delivering solutions to our clients. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to meet key deadlines. Above all you will be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude with a real drive to deliver.
