Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Performance Analyst will have responsibility for managing a number of performance systems including the Concept Evolution CAFM system as well as supporting the operational delivery within the Home Office and Ministry of Justice.

This role will report on the operational performance of our contracts and initiate improvement opportunities through close scrutiny of the results. You will implement and review operational procedures to deliver the short, medium and long-term plans for the contract against the set objectives from line management.

This position is home based, with the need to travel to an OCS office on occasion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the CAFM system, ensuring the timely and concise management of work orders and work order flow. Developing, producing, implementing and reviewing the performance data
  • Managing the change control notification process (Compensation Event and Early Warning)
  • Managing the recovery of all chargeable works in line with Finance
  • Reporting on Work Order status
  • Reviewing and developing data to help in the reduction of aged debt
  • Reviewing and reporting on supply chain performance, developing opportunities for self-delivery and ensuring appropriate supply chain contracts are managed to mitigate KPI risk. Developing the supply chain relationships with sub-contractors
  • Managing client monthly reports and KPI reporting, undertaking negotiations with the client to mitigate performance failures
  • Ensuring data held on Concept Evolution (CAFM) is current (asset data/master service matrix) and ensuring the PPM programme is in place and adhered to
  • Reviewing performance data to drive out efficiencies, generating savings and best value solutions

Experience required:

Education/Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of using a Facilities Management system (CAFM) is desirable
  • IT literate, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Working experience/Personal attributes

  • Previous background from an operational position (Facilities Management or similar/service industry)
  • Knowledge and experience of the collation of service data, detailed reporting and performance/KPI analysis
  • Familiar with Facilities Management (TFM) contracts would be advantageous
  • Strong Commercial acumen
  • Must have excellent oral and written English
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Self motivated, proactive and able to manage your diary
  • Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills
  • Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels to maximise overall contract performance
  • Task focused as well as people centred
  • Strong sense of urgency, desire to succeed and keen to ensure consistent results
  • Mobile to travel between sites
