A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Property Manager to join a growing business and own their own discipline and assume a Directorship role either now, or through a short period of guidance. A strong understanding of the Residential sector with focus on PRS/BTR is essential.

Description

Joining a driven working culture pushing to improve, grow and develop, you will be:

Oversee the Operations team who'll be fundamental to enabling the brand to be recognised as an industry leader

Manage Property Management team, ensuring adherence to standards and customer service excellence

Intimate knowledge of maintenance, health & safety and associated industry regulation as applicable to the sector

Post/After Sale care, snagging, exceeding customer expectations.

Budget control, there may be some Commercial property included and therefore awareness of RR, SCM etc.

Meeting financial and operational objectives in line with policy and procedure

Setting the standard for client expectations with fantastic customer service and attention to detail.

Profile

Approximately 10 years Property Management skills with an understanding of PRS/BTR

A driven individual, self-starter seeking to develop their skills

Team management skills

Able to manage multiple sites

Leadership and excellent stakeholder management

Strong commercial understanding

Able to Problem Solve, understand issues, foresee roadblocks and able to maintain customer excellence throughout

Knowledge of relevant Property Management regulation/legislation

Time management; able to prioritise workload

Ambition and desire to build personal skill-set and value in the role; energetic self-starter who can drive to the heart of an issue by assimilating multiple sources of information, such as expert opinions, consultant reports and performance data

The ability to travel is essential
