Job Details
A company in the financial services sector is recruiting an FM for their offices in central London.
You will manage the day to day delivery of hard and soft FM and front of house services to approx. 500 staff with a team of c10 in-house staff plus contractors.
The firm has almost doubled in size in the past 10 years and continues to grow and we a looking for someone who can take the organisation to the next level.
We are looking for someone with min 5 years FM experience in a financial or professional services background. Min IOSH qualified and preferably MIWFM.
A competitive salary of up to £50k basic is offered with exceptional benefits package.
