Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has an impressive client portfolio and even more impressive client retention ratio. It is currently looking to hire a Refrigeration Manager to work on a National contract.
As the Refrigeration Manager, you will report into the Account Director for a national petrol station contract with 3 direct reports (Supervisors) and 35 Mobile Refrigeration Engineers. The successful Refrigeration Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Mobile Refrigeration Team, ensuring delivery of Compliance and client relations.
In addition, the Refrigeration Manager must have the ability to lead and motivate a large workforce that operates on a national basis. The Refrigeration Manager will be home based and can expect to travel 2-3 times a week visiting sites, clients and their team. The selected Refrigeration Manager must also have a strong financial acumen and will oversee the spend of the allocated budget.
Our client is looking for an individual who has a proven track record in a similar role, applicants must have a Refrigeration background and hold all relevant qualifications, you will also have managed a large mobile workforce on a national basis. It would be desirable if the Refrigeration Manager had CO2 experience and knowledge of working in the petrol station and forecourt arena.
