Description
- Taking a commercial approach securing value for money, optimising income and identifying and delivering creative and workable solutions where applicable
- High quality day-to-day asset management service complying with their Strategic Asset Management Plan
- Preparing options appraisals and managing plans for future property matters - e.g. leases, disposals and service charges
- Provide a supporting role to deliver a corporate landlord function including compliance
- Supporting development and training of junior members within the team
- Overall, delivering best use for all assets
Profile
Ideally the successful candidate would have the following:
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), or similar professional body. Proven Estates and Property management experience will be considered (5 years +)
- Background in managing a property portfolio for a range of operational and non-operational assets
- Knowledge of corporate landlord and tenant work and general property law - rating and planning
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Estate Management or related
- Government/Public sector experience would be advantageous and desirable
