GENERAL MANAGER - TROPHY ASSET- TO BRING IN STEP CHANGE

My client a leading Developer is looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations of a site, which is in excess of 300,000sq ft. You will have a Building Manager reporting to you too.

You will have previous experience in managing a similar scale site exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential. There are also major tenant fit out works being carried out which you will be involved with.

As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site.

The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos' so being “customer centric” is vital to this role. There is opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself. This is an organisation that invest in their employees and make sure their careers develop too.
