This plant is where the product comes together to be completed by a substantial workforce of over 4000 people. Taking on this Facilities Management Specialist position you will be involved in the day to day operations of the plant, making sure there are no technical issues that could impede production levels.

Facilities Management Specialist - Automotive Industry
Main Responsibilities for the role:
The facility management specialist's area of responsibility is to set up a direct line of communication, using the service provider's resources to support production.
The facility management specialist cares for all demand and requirements of the department, clarifies change requests, analyses problems and plans necessary actions. They will be required to fulfil the SLAs agreed with the department and care for any corrective actions including asset verification and replacement planning.
The Facility Management Specialist is responsible for the functionality and adaptability of his/her area. The facility management specialist is also responsible for the functionality and value preservation of the buildings and equipment in his/her area. Therefore, the facility management specialist does status evaluations and controls the operation and maintenance efforts for his/her area of responsibility.

- Engineering/technical qualification desirable with good knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Technical and Environmental Legislation
- Knowledge and experience production process of the Business partners process
- Competence in service contracts, clauses and mutation
- Competence in evaluation of facility services and processes
- Experience with performance measures and audits
- Experience and ability to negotiate with internal and external bodies
