Description

Corporate Facilities Manager - Private Utilities Company

• Supporting the Regional FM with day to day operational management across the Corporate portfolio
• Monitoring performance of both contracts overall and individual contractors
• Covering a diverse portfolio of corporate sites including critical areas and potentially data centres
• Reporting to Senior FM / Regional FM with dotted line to Senior Commercial Manager

• Previous experience within a large corporate environment
• Ability to work autonomously when required, whilst understanding the need for accurate reporting
• Level of gravitas to gain respect and control with both contractors and senior management
• Hands on management experience
• Excellent H&S knowledge and experience implementing procedures and processes
