Description
An effective Project Manager, you'll manage stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the operation and seek continous improvement
Operations
- Support Senior Management in delivering the strategy of all contract based work and avoiding/minimising risk
- Review deliverables across all projects, identifying potential efficiency improvements
- QA/QC on projects
- Monitor strategic accounts
- Anticipate client's needs and proposes alternative business solutions to support effective client management
Team Performance
- Cost savings, Continuous improvement
- Oversee operations team and ensure compliance to company policy and procedure
- Leadership of team
- Work with sales to set objectives and meet targets
- Grow long-term relationships with clients
- Attend Internal and External Meetings as and when required, to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer requirements
People Management
- Support Senior Management in Leadership of the teams
- Support maintaining HR relation and Team Communications
Profile
- At least 3 years project experience at Senior Project Manager level, covering a relevant area e.g. Events, Retail, or Field Marketing
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Project Management qualification(s) Agile, Prince 2 or similar
- Working knowledge and management of budgets.
- Track record of ability to deliver against targets and within set timescales
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, organisational & time management skills
- Leadership skill
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders of all level.
- IT skills - Work, Powerpoint
- Must be able to travel and stay overnight if required.
