Our client is specialist FM Service Provider that operates in the PFI sector, providing its services to mainly hospitals and schools. It is currently looking to employ a Building Services Manager for a hospital in Luton.

As the Building Services Manager you will run a small team of 3 staff: 1 Mobile Engineer, 1 Handyman and a Maintenance Manager.  You will have total responsibility for managing your team, liaising with the client, monitoring reactive times, closing jobs and ensuring penalties are down to a minimum and have full P&L / Budget responsibility circa £500k.

Typical plant on site includes: AHU, FCU, Lighting, Heating Systems, Power, Ballasts and general minor fabric works.

Applicants must come from an Electrical background and hold all relevant qualifications, training and support will be provided throughout your employment.
