We are a leading provider of student accommodation across 19 major university towns and cities. All our accommodation is of high quality, offering shared kitchens and social areas to allow students to socialise and make friends. Our aim is to create the best environment for students to thrive; well-located, well-priced, social and secure accommodation with state of the art facilities. 

Reporting to the City Operations Manager, you will lead the operations in our Wolverhampton property, ensuring a high standard of delivery and exceptional customer service to our residents. You will lead the teams in the sales process and work in partnership with the local institution to ensure maximum occupancy levels. 

This role will create an exceptional team that puts the customer at the heart of any decisions; building a vibrant living community and creating a safe and secure environment, for our residents to call home.   

Demonstrable experience in leading operational teams, in a consumer led environment (residential, hospitality, hotels, apartments etc.) and on a comparable scale, is an essential requirement for this role. You will have a proven track record of delivering excellence in a customer driven environment and a high level of commercial acumen; including experience of budget management and setting and achieving financial targets.
