City Operations Manager - Wolverhampton, Bedford and Coventry
Up to £47,000
We are a leading provider of student accommodation across 19 major university towns and cities. All our accommodation is of high quality, offering shared kitchens and social areas to allow students to socialise and make friends. Our aim is to create the best environment for students to thrive; well-located, well-priced, social and secure accommodation with state of the art facilities.
Reporting to the Operations Manager (ROM), you will take the lead on the operational and financial functions across our properties in Wolverhampton, Bedford and Coventry. You will provide inspirational leadership and motivation to your teams, championing a customer centric operation across the 2000 beds, ensuring high quality standards for our students and university partners.
You will take full responsibility for the financial performance of the properties and ensure they are operating in line with all statutory, legal and moral obligations.
Demonstrable experience in leading operational teams, in a consumer led environment (residential, hospitality, hotels, apartments etc.) and on a comparable scale, is an essential requirement for this role. You will have a proven track record of delivering excellence in a customer driven environment and a high level of commercial acumen; including experience of budget management and setting and achieving financial targets. This role will require you to travel, so previous experience of travelling within a regional role is desirable.
