Boden Resource are recruiting a Contract Manager for a global FM services provider. You will be responsible for the service delivery across a small cluster of sites across Birmingham.

In this position you will be managing the service delivery of cleaning and associated services, you will also be working heaving with the Area Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Client team to develop and further enhance the contract including additional service tenders and strategic direction.

This is a great opportunity for a young, dynamic and motivated individual who has a background in cleaning services within the education sector to step up into a senior management position in their career

The Role:

• Manage the Cleaning and associated services to an educational site.
• Ensure Financial budgets and targets are achieved
• Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety aspects of Contract Management
• Travel across Birmingham with some travelling outside of Birmingham for other business activity
• Build and Maintain Client relationships
• Motivate and ensure there is a positive working environment across your team on site
• Recruit, train and introduce all new staff members ensuring compliance with new starter processes
• Provide an advisory and support function to all staff
• Ensure all buildings within campuses are physically visited at least once per month

The Candidate:

• Holds experience in Managing soft services within the public sector
• A self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
• Good understanding of cleaning services
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have worked for a FM services provider
• Have a good understanding of how to take contracts forward and keen to implement new idea’s
