An exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities professional to join an impressive financial services account in the city has arisen.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be joining a highly dynamic and solutions orientated account team. You will be the senior FM lead for a high-profile London head office for a leading financial services organisation, with a reputation for driving technology through every aspect of its business and employee environment. Managing a full TFM service delivery, you will manage a combination of self-delivery teams alongside specialist vendor partners, own multiple stakeholder relationships and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must possess a natural passion for delivering great facilities management services combined with excellent communication and leadership qualities. Prior experience of dealing with budgets is essential alongside a formal qualification within H&S. The ideal candidate will have a solution orientated mind-set with the confidence to engage with the end user and develop technology led solutions to the FM delivery service.
