They are currently looking to recruit a Hard FM Technical Contract Manager to join the team based in Central London. The role will be to manage all the outsourced service partners who provide specialist services to the estate including Heating, Water, Gas, A/C. etc. The role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive services as well as project works. You will ensure the service partners are delivering services in accordance with appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.


The ideal candidate will have a strong Hard FM background with relevant qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC engineering. You will ideally have experience of managing outsourced service partners as either working for a service provider or as part of an in-house team.
