My Client is a successful construction, development, maintenance, investment and management group operating throughout England.

The maintenance division is expanding and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the health care and housing sectors.

The successful candidate will join my client's hard facilities management team. This team delivers planned, preventative and responsive building repairs to a number of clients. This is a new opportunity for an experienced Manager to take responsibility for a newly acquired contract in Epsom, Surrey.

Description

Interim Contract Manager - Established Service Provider

  • Ensuring that we deliver an outstanding maintenance and repairs service by providing excellent team leadership, planning of resources and delivering continuous improvements to the services/operations we provide.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with KPI's/SLA's
  • Managing the contract on a day to day basis you will use your influence and impact to maximise financial profit levels and effectively manage risk while meeting or exceeding contractual key performance indicators.
  • You will have responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and attending client contract monitoring meetings ensuring that all supporting documentation are available to demonstrate service delivery performance.
  • You will ensure your team understands what their job entails and that they carry out their job to a consistently high level by setting and driving stretching targets.
  • You will work to identify and mitigate risk in all areas of contract and operational performance.
  • Take control and monitor the performance of the specialist service providers and any sub-contractors through regular review meetings.

    Interim Contract Manager - Established Service Provider

    The preferred candidate will be an experienced Contract Manager or Facilities Maintenance Manager. You will also have excellent previous experience of leading a team and have a knowledge of M&E building services maintenance and Health & Safety procedures in daily site operation.

    Ideal attributes include:

  • Electrical or mechanical higher level qualification preferred
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certificate
