Contract Manager

Our client is a mid-size FM and Maintenance provider. An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to run a Hospital in Bodmin. You will be electrical or mechanical qualified, have your NEBOSH and be able to run the hard and soft services of the contract.

Duties will include looking after 4 direct reports: Engineering, Domestic Services, Admin and Catering. You will have management of the P&L and report into the COO. In addition, the Contract Manager will maintain all reports to (ISO 9001 / 14001), as well as monitor all KPI’s, SLA’s, health and safety, meetings with department heads and the client. Project management, management of the CAFAM system (planet), performance reviews with staff, managing small works, as well as general management duties.
