A fantastic opportunity for a proven Facilities Manager to join their London office and become part of an established team is available.
Your new role
As the Facilities Manager you will join a small in-house team supporting the Head of Facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring a first class working environment for its employees involving all aspects of hard and soft services. Other duties include involvement with business continuity planning, management of 3rd party contractors, project works and health & safety. Based predominately in London, you will also support other offices across the UK.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to possess a natural passion for facilities management, with excellent communication and team working skills. Prior experience of working within a corporate environment, ideally legal or professional services sectors is advantageous. Experience of ISO14001, business continuity and Health & Safety (IOSH) is a must.
What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
