Your new company
A global FM leader with a particularly strong presence within the UK and Ireland delivering a variety of FM throughout both private and public sectors. Our client is continuously growing and are looking for a highly experience Commercial Director to manage the entire Commercial function across their largest FM contract.

Your new role
As the Commercial Director you will be responsible for the entire Commercial function across the largest FM contract in the business. You will be responsible for the commercial team and will work closely with Operational Directors and Finance Directors to ensure the successful and accurate delivery of services. This role will offer the you an opportunity to work within a great commercial team and become a key part of this client’s business.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have considerable Commercial management experience and have proven knowledge of commercial contracts specifically FM contracts in excess of £100m per annum. You will be a confident, enthusiastic person who excels in a client facing role, this candidate must also feel comfortable when working closely with internal board members and stakeholders. This role requires the successful candidate to be calm and collected in high pressure situations and feel comfortable making key business decisions.
