Profile

- BIFM Level 3 Qualification or relevant equivalent work experience

- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, NEBOSH or working towards it

- Management skills including performance management and contract management

- Report in a clear and concise way catering to different audiences

- Proven experience in managing conflicting priorities and working well under pressure

- Strong IT Skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Space Database

- Motivated candidate with the potential to develop strong leadership and management skills

- Flexibility in approach

- Accountability for results
