Facilities Manager

Hackney Campus

£45,708 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic and committed Facilities Manager who will both operationally manage and strategically develop all estates and facilities related services. Reporting to the Group Director Estates you will lead on capital and refurbishment projects and manage all associated budgets with regard to the estates service. You will also be the organisations competent person and senior management lead on health & safety, fire safety and security.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. With relevant professional qualifications, and extensive experience in the management of all aspects of hard and soft facilities services as well as health & safety you will lead a high quality team in delivering exceptional value and customer service to the college community. You must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in building and building services engineering management BEMS systems and compliance; change and contract management; and the development and delivery of capital programmes on time and to budget.
