Your new role
An exciting opportunity, as the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the London HQ of a global tech giant, with responsibility for delivering a first class service to the end user. A fully client facing role, you will be expected to manage the contracts key relationships ensuring clear and concise communication. Leading the TFM service delivery, you will oversee all operational matters within the building.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have a strong corporate FM background ideally working for a major service provider. My client strongly recruits against their key behaviours and leadership beliefs meaning candidates are expected to possess a natural passion for facilities management with a keen eye for detail and natural leadership ability. IOSH is a minimum requirement for the position.

An industry competitive salary of £60,000 plus company benefits.
