Job Details
This role reports to the Finance Director and will be responsible for designing, leading and managing the national real estate strategy and workplaces services across the organisation which employs over 800 staff working across 6 offices. It is a great opportunity for someone to step into a broader leadership role, perhaps from an FM background to take on more real estate responsibilities.
Role:-
- Provide consistent FM related services across the portfolio including the management of all hard and soft services
- Leading on workplace strategy and refurbishment projects
- Line manage a National Facilities Manager and on-site FMs and the outsourced contracts.
- Lead on the strategies management of the national portfolio including lease management, rent reviews negotiations and real estate transactions
- Produce, monitor and manage property and facilities management budgets
- Be responsible for business continuity strategies and compliance for health and safety and DDA
To be considered you will be an experienced and qualified Facilities Manager with experience in both multi-site facilities and some exposure to accommodation management. A track record of delivering change in an office environment would be an advantage. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate good financial management and team leadership skills.
