- Ability to travel to remote locations around the zone - MK, Oxford and Surrey - Car Driver

- With an eye for detail, passionate and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service, people management skills and being able to remain calm under pressure

- budget setting and financial management

- implementing operations management systems with experience of leading multi-discipline teams

Desirable

- Experience of Property Services and FM

- Working knowledge and understanding of NHS agenda

- Management of complex and geographically diverse operations

- BIFM Level 3/Chartered Member of the Institution Occupational Safety and Health, Member or Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Certified Member of British Institute of FM
