PSD are retained to search for an interim Facilities Project Manager for a prominent hospitality client.  The estate is a large and multi-use facility attracting millions of visitors from all over the globe every year. 

The interim Facilities Project Manager is to play a crucial role in the delivery and mobilisation of new FM partners and working with both the internal business and chosen suppliers to adapt to new ways of working and implementing a step change in performance and expectations.  This will include:-

  • Using Prince 2 project management methodology design and develop workstreams to deliver the step change in service provision
  • Pull programmes and people together to deliver new FM contract mobilisation
  • Build policies and procedures that achieve the strategic goals set
  • Consider how technology and innovation can be brought into processes
  • Communicate with both internal colleagues and external partners

Candidates must be available immediately and have some or all of the following:-

  • Project Management experience (Prince 2 qualification)
  • FM contract mobilisation into a customer focussed environment such ad hospitality, leisure or retail
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
