Your new role

Overseeing the delivery of Payroll & HR Admin to a vast number of employees across a large contract. You will manage a team of around 20-30 employees who carry out the day to day duties of the Payroll and HR, you are responsible for their performance and the delivery of these services. You will work in partnership with the client, including regular meetings to ensure the smooth delivery of Payroll and HR Admin across this contract.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an individual who preferably has knowledge of the Public Sector and has great outsourcing knowledge. You will need to have an eye for detail and be able to motivate and lead your team towards success. A clear understanding in Payroll and how the process works is essential, and previous experience of managing a team is also essential.
