Working directly for a privately owned prestigious client with Grade 2 listed buildings in a cluster within the Aldwich/Holborn area.

Based Aldwich 

Maintenance Engineer needed to work as part of a team to effectively deliver both a preventative & reactive maintenance schedule following guidelines on safety, timescales & budget.

The role will include the following

The Maintenance Engineer shall be responsible for the delivery of first class Maintenance Services onsite.  The position shall focus on service delivery ensuring planned maintenance and reactive responses meet agreed service levels.

The applicant will be Trade skilled (Mechanical Bias) , covering all aspects of building maintenance. This will include carpentry, basic electrical works, plumbing, heating and ventilation, general building maintenance.

Some planned and reactive maintenance work onsite is delivered by sub contractors, the Engineer shall liaise with these teams to deliver an integrated, subcontractor supported, total service delivery function able to support the business. 

The primary responsibility is to support the Property & Projects Department to deliver high class maintenance & engineering services.

Profile

Trade specific training including but not limited to building services, e.g. electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, heating, boilers,

                                          Formally trained to C+G level 2 or similar 

HOURS

You will work over 5 days over the week with time off in lieu if working at weekends. You will be on a shift rota with either 8-5 or 1-10pm.
