Anabas are a dynamic, national Facilities Management company whose focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers who look for a great workplace experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to look after one of our top financial services clients with a national portfolio of eight office properties covering 250,000 sqft.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring that services are not only compliant to contractual SLAs/KPIs but also meet and exceed client and company expectations.
Leading a team of circa 60 delivering full TFM services, you will have a proven track record in leading and motivating high performing teams, across multi-site portfolios, together with strong decision making, negotiating and influencing skills. Experience of operating in a 5 star corporate environment is essential, as is a strong commercial acumen and high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
As the ideal candidate you will be a self-motivated senior manager with a “can do” attitude and strong customer service ethic, experienced in Facilities Management, with a sound working knowledge of both hard and soft services.
