Asset & CAFM Manager London £50,000 - £55,000 plus package.

Your new company:
Your new company is one of the UK's leading professional services and facilities management companies, who looks after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base. Their clients range from hospitals, schools, and government offices to banks and retailers. With over 100 offices across the UK, they are an exceptionally diverse organisation which utilise their expertise, care, technology and insight to create amazing work environments, offering a seamless and unrivalled service.

Your New Role:
Your new role will be to work as a part of the team managing the Hard Services across one of their new clients based in Central London. This will be an operational role focused on ensuring that the asset and PPM data in the MAXIMO CAFM system is accurately and consistently maintained to meet statutory and contractual standards. You will also be the Maximo lead on the Account and will mentor and support others who use the system, and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the FMR (Forward Maintenance Register) which will be used by the Contract Management Team for input to the client's annual capital plan submission. You will use the Maximo CAFM system as the source of data for the monthly report and, to support the Account Management Team, you will develop and produce the data in tabular and graphical form to present to the client.

To be successful:
You will have a good working understanding of all M&E systems. You will also have Maximo Expert User experience including data set up, asset and PPM functionality, as well as practical operational experience of asset management and maintenance operation. You will have an understanding of the contractual context of asset management; and have an expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point), and be able to utilise these systems to organise and manipulate data. You must be a self-motivated team player, able to work on your own initiative, as well as being an analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills. Demonstrable experience of managing and implementing change programmes would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return:
In addition to a salary of £50,000 - £55,000, you will be eligible for a number of company benefits, including (but not limited to) a competitive holiday allowance, pension contribution, childcare vouchers and cycle to work schemes. They offer two all-employee share schemes that offer discounted shares within the organisation. There is also an employee assistance programme available, which provides free, independent, confidential and expert advice in areas inside and outside of work, including stress, career change, debt, family conflict or legal issues. In certain situations, life cover and health cover will also be available. To highlight the importance of excellent service, they also have an initiative which acts as a reward package - their employee recognition scheme, through which the overall winner may take home a prize of their choice valued into the thousands.
