Project Director £125,000 London based. Wider UK travel required.

A global industry leader, my client offers a range of innovative services across real estate, projects, engineering and outsourced services. Due to expansion of their projects division an opportunity for a Project Director to join the business and work within the divisions senior management team is available. This role will appeal to senior professionals that wish to challenge themselves working for an industry leading business and are attracted to testing themselves at the highest levels of the sector.

Your new role
As Project Director, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of my clients projects business, specific responsibilities include leading a senior management team and growing project revenues. You will be expected to build external relationships with clients and supply partners, whilst providing the leadership direction to implement a work winning strategy. You will take financial ownership of the divisions profit and loss, ensuring risks are managed accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previously led a projects business with equal comfort in growing revenue streams whilst managing a talented team of project professionals. With large parts of the role developing existing client relationships this is a key aspect applicants must be comfortable with. Candidates with engineering, maintenance or building services particularly within critical or banking/corporate environments are encouraged to apply for this role.
