As the organisation continues to grow they require talented and career driven professionals to sustain this and are now looking to recruit a Regional Contract Manager.

Your new role
As the Contracts Manager you will oversee a multi-site portfolio, delivering M&E services to the end user. Liaising directly with the end-user client, you will have overall responsibility for the service delivery, account P/L, team management and H&S.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must possess a natural passion for maintenance management with excellent communication and attention to detail. Applicants must have prior experience of delivering a regional / multi-site maintenance contracts. Candidates with prior industrial / rail sector experience are of particular interest. Other experience required include, health & safety, compliance, commercial acumen, managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
