The purpose of the role is to achieve and maintain the very highest standards of facilities management for the new building, making sure that everything is run smoothly.
Client Details
My client is a commercial property development company who are opening a state of the art entertainment venue in the heart of London. The site will hold live music performances and unique digital events. The building will open next year and the successful candidate will initially oversee the fit outs and help mobilise contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Manager - Multipurpose entertainment venue
Key responsibilities:
To support the project management team and design teams in preparing fit-out guides.
To maintain the property to a high standard ensuring they are clean, safe, secure and compliant and attractive to Customers.
Manage expenditure for all facilities and building management related costs across the sites.
Risk management including Statutory compliance recording, risk assessments and ensuring that sites comply with all statutory requirements
Profile
Key skill requirements:
The successful candidate will need to be confident, articulate and ideally be working in the technology sector. In addition they need to have experience in overseeing fit outs.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in managing staff and contractors.
Strong knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation.
Flexible approach to tasks.
