European Engineering & FM Manager - London - Service Provider £80,000 - £85,000 Plus Package

Your new company
A leading Global Service provider with an enviable standing in the FM industry. They are currently looking to recruit a European Engineering & FM Manager to manage the clients portfolio comprising of Office Environments, Critical Environments and satellite support offices within London and Europe.

Your new role
As the European Engineering and FM Manager you will provide the onsite operations team with support and liaise with the wider business to promote service solutions. you will standardise all documentation and processes and produce reports on visits as required. you will work in partnership with the HSQE team to ensure all sites are maintained to regulatory standards. you will liaise with the client to advise on all FM matters and role out new platforms to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a background in delivering high end FM services within a corporate environment and come from an Engineering background and would preferably be qualified in c Eng or I Eng with CIBSE or IET, having several years experience in a senior technical role. You will also hold an H&S qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH).

What you'll get in return
You will receive and generous salary ranging from £80,000 - £85,000 plus package and company benefits.
