HEAD OF OPERATIONS- MANAGING AGENT - CENTRAL LONDON

My client a small and growing managing agent seeks an FM with experience in looking after a portfolio of office sites. You will be responsible for a portfolio based in Central London. You will be responsible for a two Assistant FM's, two in house roving cleaners, one in house handyman and on in house multi skilled engineer who each have there own sites, you will mentor and develop there skill set. You will also be responsible for recruiting new staff as more buildings come on line and the portfolio grows.

You will put in place process and procedures into the existing sites including procuring service provision and liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending board meetings.

You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors. 

You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing budgets.
