Facilities Coordinator / Contract Support - Central London - £25,000 (Facilities Management)
Our client is an exciting M&E service provider who are growing within the market. They are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work from their head office and contract in Central London.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will ideally have good experience within the facilities management industry and will be familiar with CAFM systems, as well as speaking to engineers and clients on a daily basis. The successful Facilities Coordinator will also need to have good IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
·Salary - £25,000
·Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

The company that the Facilities Coordinator will work for are an exciting company to join, that have been undergoing a period of growth and development. There are real opportunities for long-term progression within the company from starting in this contract support role. In this you will also work on a mobile basis visiting the different contracts and buildings (this will be covered by a company travelcard
The day to day duties of the Facilities Coordinator will include, but are not limited to, making phone calls, co-ordinating labour schedules for a team of engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated to engineers, organising quotes, authorising engineer holidays/ holiday cover and overtime requests, identify schedule/ workload priorities, general administrative tasks, paperwork, client relations.
For this Facilities Coordinator role it is essential that someone has good organizational skills and is able handle multiple requests and matters at once. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator who has some experience within the facilities management industry and is looking for a company who can provide investment and progression for their career.
