Description

Duties could include but no limited to:

Providing high quality Property Management
Management of Lease / Tenancy Schedules
Liaising with clients, their solicitors and tenants on daily basis
Instructing and liaising with contractors
Carrying out regular routine property inspections
Arranging and facilitating regular tenant meetings
Dealing with tenant applications
Preparing reports for meetings
Liaising with Facilities Managers and Helpdesk Administrators to ensure maintenance contracts are set up and tendered
Undertaking regular service charge expenditure monitoring and reporting
Liaising with property management accounts team on service charge budgets, reconciliations etc.

Profile

Qualified Surveyor - ideally 2+ years

Ideally holding some experience within a commercial property management

Lease events, Rent Reviews

Strong people skills, ability to deal professionally with Tenants as representing the company/brand.

Sound Landlord and Tenant knowledge

Ideally had exposure to Property Management Accounting - Statements of Account, service charges, arrears recovery, etc.
