Our client is a well know FM and Engineering business, they operate and deliver high end engineering and business services to clients across the public & private sector. They have a reputation for technical quality and innovation. Over recent years they have grown steadily and are recognised as a stable and well-run FM service provider.

Your new role

We are recruiting for an Account Director to manage a major UK institutions portfolio, this client has a varied property portfolio which includes logistics sites, listed building’s and commercial offices. Day to day duties will include.

• Account management
• Contract development and developing stakeholder relationships
• Management of budgets and P&L
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Maximising account and contract potential through client development
• Ensuring compliance with relevant contractual agreements
• Leadership, guidance and management of the management team

What you'll need to succeed

You must be able to demonstrate an innovative and modern working capability and have delivered FM at a senior level. It is imperative you can communicate and present at a senior level. You must be commercially astute and be used to managing a large P&L. A background managing hard FM would be advantageous.
