Boden Resource are recruiting a Technical Audit Manager to work as part of a central function team for a global FM services provider.

In this role you will be covering a full range of different contracts and environments, from Healthcare, Data Centres and pharmaceutical sites to Banks, Blue chip Buildings and commercial offices.

In this position, you will need a good technical understanding and hold the relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and have experience in working in a demanding environment.

The Role:

• Working from home as part of a central function team to work in a regional role covering various sites and contracts.
• Develop a strong engineering based focus on contracts alongside the technical team.
• Deliver and Maintain internal audit and inspection systems and Install an ‘audit ready’ culture across the portfolio.
• Ensure audits & inspections are recorded and drive the completion of corrective actions.
• Liase with clients of each contract as well as senior management teams.
• Create, communicate and drive a robust and interactive resilience culture across all services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with QSHE and technical teams.

Candidate:

• Experience in an technical role within a critical environment.
• Relevant qualification in an engineering field.
• Experience in a Auditing role, external or Internal, IT and Risk Management
• Experienced within a mechanical and electrical environment, particularly critical systems and services within buildings.
• The ability to establish good relationships with relevant bodies
• Client facing individual
• Commercially focused and holds a good understanding of financial information and confidence to build relationships with the business.
• Able to provider others with clear information and set appropriate standards of behaviour.
