Job Details
Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is recruiting a Head of Facilities.
Based at their West London head office, the Head of FM is responsible for hard and soft FM contracts at 10+ offices across UK.
The company is in rapid expansion mode, so there will be plenty of projects incorporating and relocating smaller firms that have been acquired and/ or refurbishing and rebranding their offices. There will also likely be dilapidations projects, taking ex premises back to original state.
This is a challenging role that will require excellent FM and property management experience as well as exceptional project planning and stakeholder management skills.
A salary of c£65k is offered with full benefits package.
