Your new role
You will have a mobile role looking after numerous sites for one of their key clients facilities within the Manchester area. You will provide a clean, safe and effective working environment for their customers, visitors and colleagues.

Duties will include

• You will be the point of contact for your buildings, managing relationships with customers, suppliers and your team to deliver the target working environment
• Accountable for all H & S compliance
• Responsible for all service level agreements
• Responsible for ensuring all KPI's are met
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Take a lead role in the management and control of incidents

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous FM experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• IOSH / NEBOSH qualified
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Managing a P & L id preferable
• IWFM desirable
