Our client is a recognised Tier 1 FM & support services business. They have grown and diversified over the last 5 years and have developed a reputation for innovation, technical competency and engineering excellence. With a footprint in both public & private sector they deliver services across the UK.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the delivery of engineering services and FM across a complex estate in South Birmingham. Day to day to responsibilities include

·         P&L management

·         Identifying commercial opportunities

·         Leadership of a large service team

·         Management of supply chain contractors

·         Senior level client liaison and stakeholder management

·         Ensuring delivery of services in accordance with contract

·         Managing complicated stakeholder relationships
 

What you'll need to succeed

You must have managed FM services at a senior level and have being responsible for a large P&L (10mil+). A background in high footfall and complex environments would be a major advantage (hospitals, retail, manufacturing etc). It is imperative you are able to manage and develop senior level relationships and drive contract growth
