RICS Estates Surveyor/ Asset Manager


Busy local authority with a small Property Services department. Working within a team that provides valuation and estate management services for the council .

Key Duties:

Asset Management of a wide variety of Council property:- offices, industrial units , retail units and other Local Authority type properties.
Your role will involve undertaking all types of Asset management- property reviews , landlord and tenant, valuations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a senior RICS General practice surveyor with extensive client side and ideally public sector background in estate surveying . Have a track record of working with Stakeholders.
