Data analysis and reporting are key responsibilities of this role. This role works closer with the CREWS Group Management Team as well as in-region delivery teams (where applicable) and provides guidance and oversight to third party service delivery teams.

The Operations Manager supports the Group Manager, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services, EMEA and APAC to ensure all real estate, workplace, construction and facility management services are planned, managed and delivered in a consistent manner across the EMEA and APAC portfolio.

Description

Responsible for managing day to day activities for Facilities Management, Health and Safety and Workplace Service functions in EMEA, ensuring consistent planning and execution is achieved with a holistic view across the team in EMEA & APAC.

Responsible for reporting on upcoming lease expiration's and transaction activity.

Ensures compliance with 3rd party service delivery contracts; captures feedback on performance.

Develops and own all financial reporting and dashboards necessary for decision making and continuous improvement.

Performs comparative analysis across the regions to look for trends, opportunities and outliers.

In coordination with Group Manager, develops and manages internal SLAs documenting service needs and performance requirements.

Proactive in bringing new ideas and innovations to the Group Manager.

Manages Helpdesk, request process for real estate, construction, workplace and FM services.

Profile

Deep understanding of Real Estate, Workplace, Construction and Facilities Management fundamentals.

Expert level analytical and quantitative skills.

Deep experience conducting financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.

Experience in understanding an organisations systems and underlying data structures.

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and changing environment.
