Description

All general basic maintenance repairs including;

• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic electrical
• cleaning air handling units
• emergency light and fire alarm checks
• painting and decorating
• furniture repairs
• any other ADHOC duties.

Profile

• Must have previous experience in the role
• Ideally will have a trade base qualification level 2.
• Preferably will have a in date DBS, or be able to complete a dbs before start.
• available asap.
