Location: Norland College, 39-41 Upper Oldfield Park, Bath, BA2 3LB, although the post holder must be flexible to work at our second campus based on London Road for at least 1 day a week.

We are looking to appoint a full time Facilities Manager to join our busy HR, Resources and Compliance department to manage all facilities related work for the College.  A working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work is essential for this role as you will play a key part in the College’s risk assessment process.  In addition, you will manage and coordinate the application of the College’s COVID-19 risk mitigation measures. 

You must be a proactive, solution-focused team player and have effective project management skills. You must be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy.  A flexible approach to college work and a friendly, approachable nature are key to being successful in this role.  You will need to hold an NVQ Level 4 in Facilities Management or have equivalent demonstrable experience in a similar role and hold a driving licence.

*We hold a good amount of staff parking spaces at both sites and all staff are often accommodated with a space, there will be times when staff are asked to park off-site and this is managed on a rota basis
