Working closely with the Account Manager, the Facilities Manager will play an integral part in the successful delivery of FM services across this PFI health care contract.

Description

The Facilities Manager will be working closely with the Account Manager to ensure that all the systems and processes are in place for them to be able successfully provider FM services to their client in line with the PFI contractual agreements. This will include:

• Ensuring that the necessary planned and reactive maintenance processes are in place
• Utilising the CAFM system effectively to log and manage all planned and reactive works
• Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the site and ensuring that all teams are adhering to the required HSE regulations
• Managing capital works programmes across the estate
• Regularly meeting with the client to discuss and review progress of the account
• Training new staff and ensuring the ongoing development of current staff

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have a qualification such as HNC/HND in a building or engineering based discipline. Ideally you will have managed CAPEX programmes and have a successful portfolio of examples of this. Experience of working on a PFI based contract would be advantageous.

The role is based in the West Midlands so ideally you will be based in or around the West Midlands region.
